| Abstract: | Caste discrimination affects at least 50,000 people in the UK. Caste discrimination is not identified or recognised in existing discrimination legislation in the UK. The review of the UK's equality framework offers an opportunity to bring caste within the ambit of UK discrimination legislation. |
